Greenflag - hard to contact

Before anyone says "Phone them..." - I am unable to - poor speech
I am trying to contact Greenflag - they stopped using emails, last year (they bounce back now)
Their "On line chat" is now permanently engaged "Please try later" - Are Greenflag having problems or something ?
Have any of you - successfully had an "on line chat" with them recently ?
Luckily - this is nor a breakdown situation - ir is a renewal query

If you're having issues contacting them now when it's not an emergency consider how problematic it would be if it was.

Maybe consider an alternative provider?

Another way of promoting a response is to send a publicly viewable post on Facebook or Twitter tagging them in complaining about them not being contactable.
