Euro Car Parks Ltd

Back again.

Son in Law got a letter from DRP for a PCN from Euro Car Parks Ltd.

Have a good idea why he didn't receive original docs from Euro as he also had a run in for his Road Tax. ( Address not changed)

DRP state they have traced him and the demand is now for £160.

From reading a few threads it looks like Euro don't do Court but I'm trying to find the site that lists them all. Can someone remind me of the site.

Oh yes will certainly be ignoring DRP and Zeneth.

If and when one come with Gladys heading it will be a GDRP request and probably a complaint to SRA.

Euro are already ignoring me after they accessed DVLA with no prospect of serving within fourteen days.

To be fair to ECP, they have up to six months following a parking incident to request keeper details from the DVLA for the simple reason of asking the keeper who the driver was.

Quite clued up with how to deal with DCC's.

It was son in laws ticket which crossed over with him changing his address. As the first he knew was when DRP contacted saying they did a trace, going to check the DVLA to see if they accessed his data.

Can see uro are not to active with court so let CCC's waste their money sending their junk mail.
