hello i need advice im apply uc in march 2018 and after one month i got first payment.then i start new job 24 hour per week in April and that end in 27 june. then i start working with Hermes as self employed in july 6, so im inform uc payment that due in 19 of july and they have stop that payment because i need to proof my self employed. and i proof that with hermes letter.as they told payment will release today still not got any thing from them. i call them and ask for reason they told me i need to proof Habitual residence test then i went for appointment i proof this with my European passport so they still hold my payment because decision maker have to approve. i start wait for 19 august in 17 aug on my journal they post Entitlement to Universal Credit approved and then after 4 minute they attach this letter We're writing to tell you that we have decided that you have a right to reside in the
UK as an EEA self-employed worker.
We are unable to consider whether you have gained a permanent right to reside as
we do not have sufficient information about your work/benefit history at this time.
If your circumstances change, or your work comes to an end, we will need to look
at this decision again.
What if I disagree with this decision?
You can: ask us to explain, and ask us to reconsider our decision. If at the end of
this you still don't agree with our decision you can appeal to an independent
tribunal.
