I like Nationwide's online banking and app too, I think it's better than most of the others I've used, apart from the absence of references, like you say. However, I've discovered today that if someone pays you via PAYM, Nationwide does show the reference for the payment, so all I've got to do is persuade my friends to use PAYM and the problem is solved.0
