London Solar Together group buying scheme

Hi, I am looking into this scheme and wonder if anyone has any views. It's a group buying scheme where you register before 22 August (with no obligation), get an offer by 10 Sept and have to decide by 19 Oct. It's backed by the Mayor of London and my own Borough.
I was about to post a link, but apparently as a 'new user' it seems I cannot do this. Google London Solar Together for more information.
