Hello, does anyone know if I can renegotiate my finance agreement should I drive less than the 8000 miles per year (on a 48 months deal) I've agreed with car finance company?

Why not speak to them and find out. They're the only ones that can tell you.

I think 8,000 miles a year is the lowest they cater for on PCP deals, however you could ask.

How can you know what's the lowest if we don't even know what's the company financing the car?

VWFS can adjust payments on PCH but not sure if they do this on PCP.

Actually - agreed.

I thought none of them went below 8,000 but i've just checked VW and they'll go as low as 5,000 miles.

Perhaps won't make much difference in the payments if that's what you're after, but worth asking. In theory, your car should be worth a little more at the end giving you more equity
