i have recieved "Letter Before Court Action" from Euro Parking Services

I am so confused at this stage. I have received the letter before court and I have 14 days to pay £160 or reply with the details why I was sent a parking charge. I have spent hours on research and its causing me stress.
I originally appealed with Euro parking services and it was rejected then I appealed with IAS later to find out they are kangaroos, which also was rejected. I didn't receive any letters from euro such as final notice etc after the appeals, just the 1st notice and now the letter before court action.
please can anyone enlighten me with the next step, any letters I may need to send as I have read I shouldn't ignore this letter. I have read newbies so many times but that's the 1st stage part.
thanks

No need for enlightenment, it is already in the NEWBIES thread second post. No-one will reply to re-write or explain what's already there about LBC stage, but we will look at your draft response once you have read umpteen other Euro Gladstones LBCCC threads (search keywords right there).PRIVATE 'PCN'? Who has actually sent you the LBC, Euro Parking Services themselves, or Gladstones Solicitors? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Have you ever asked for a copy of the signs (the contract) or the site map of where they claim the signs were?
How can you defend if you do not know what they are claiming and whether any driver could have seen signs.

when I had appealed they gave me a site map and 2 pictures of the sign. one was 3 car lengths away and the one at exit. there is no signs at the entrance nor closer to where I parked my car making me unaware. they claim I wasn't parked properly in a bay.
all this research is causing me stress, I wished id just payed the 1st letter charge. is there anyway I can pay the £60 or do I need to pay the £160?0 -
No there isn't. Stop stressing, we are here and we beat this scam.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

they claim I wasn't parked properly in a bay.
May we see the signs they claim was there? Were they and did you check?
Could we see pics of the "offence" that they claim
If you have been to the IAS there is little more a reply to a LBCC can elicit so you may just want to wait to see if there is a claim. So it may be better to start working on a defence which for what you say will be lack of signs in relation to the bay you parked in.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. You need to avoid giving away the driver's identity.
Please edit post #7.
Perhaps the first paragraph of post #7 should look something like:When I had appealed they gave me a site map and 2 pictures of the sign. One was 3 car lengths away and the one at exit. There is no signs at the entrance nor closer to where the car was parked making the driver unaware. They claim the car wasn't parked properly in a bay.0 -
