Is this not already covered in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2? Most (if not all) small claims court issues are there for you to refer. That really should be your first port of call for such queries. Have you noticed how busy this forum is. There's only a very small number of us you know! :cool:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
