Evening all,
I have a rack of cards etc adding to a total of around £30K and have an opportunity to possibly clear these.
The full amounts are nowhere near possible but can I make an offer to settle but less than the full amount? If so are there penalties or a downside to this?
Appreciate all the advice.

Assuming you've already defaulted on them all, you may as well try.
Your credit file won't get any worse.
Obviously if you haven't defaulted, then no.0 -
Cheers, I have not defaulted yet but seriously close, so they won't consider if I say I am considering an IVA or something? Thought they'd leap at the chance of something!0

They won't leap at anything while you're paying. They have no reason to.
You'll need to prove that you're serious about trashing your file.0
