Ask around care homes in his area - see if you can find any that take council paid for residents - visit them and then visit a couple that cost a bit more and see where he would like to spend his last days (if he ever needs residential care - most of us don't).0 -

1, registered at companies house 1 x director Melanie Joanne STACEY.
2, Had a cheep website knocked up in the Philippines.
3, I was doing a bit of research into other companies that sell through the seminar model and one of those companies is Universal Asset Protection (check out the BBC report and the other thread on here! absolutely shocking the fraudulent conduct they have been up too!
4, This is a massive coincidence! Another one of these companies is Folium Consulting. Check out the other thread on here about these ammeters! Managing director of this firm is Gordon Stacey (Same sir name as the director of Clover Legacies. and when you have a look on the "about" tab on Clover legacies website you see tat this firm is headed up by a chap called Gordon!
This last point seems very coincidental and very fishy!!
Is it possible for these people to just move from one firm to another as soon as there is bad press for the company they are running?
Good detective work! I believe it's common for certain types of people to just set up another company when things go bad for the previous one, it's cheap to do.0 -

Is it just me or does anyone else find it odd that the about page doesn't give his full name?0 -

The names match absolutely! The same name as Managing Director at Folium Consulting as Clover Legacies!
Looks like it's a new version of the same company!0 -

Sounds like something that Watchdog, or whatever the current consumer TV programme is, would be interested in.0 -

Of BBC MoneyBox! As they have already been covering the unfolding and closing down of the Universal Asset Protection fraud! (Alleged)0 -

Is this clear by the branding from the design website?0 -
The more professional the website, the more likely it is to be a scam.
A scam's website will have been set up within the last year or three using a template from the likes of WordPress or SquareSpace, and will therefore be cutting-edge.
A local firm of IFAs or solicitors that has been running for 20 years is more likely to have a website that was designed 10 years ago by a local web designer and has been little-changed since.0
