    we did not have it for whatever reason.
    Reason - ghost ticketing. Google it and learn all about it. The more you understand this stuff, the better you'll deal with it.
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

  • Hi there I've received a PCN from premier park in tenby. I have paid the fee for the hour stay and entered my reg number into the machine I have asked them to check the cameras or if there machine is faulty in the appeal. They have rejected this and now sent me a £100 charge...shall I just blank this and let them take me to court..thanks
