E.on rip off existing customers

    E.on have plenty of form for this. I was with them for a while but when the time came to renew they refused to offer their best tariff to existing customers. This sort of practice leaves a bad taste...

    The Go Online tariff the OP was interested in was open to both new and existing customers provided they were eligible. It's just that it was only available through certain Price Comparison sites and not directly from us either via our website or over the phone.

    You're right, we did experiment with tariffs for new customers only about a couple of years back. This experiment was abandoned following feedback from customers. All our tariffs are now available to existing customers provided they meet the individual conditions of the product in question.
