Hi,
Just out of interest, how long does it take for a credit file to be updated with the "current" home address.

It depends when the CRA's get updated that you are now on the ER.
Usually within a couple of months.. maybe a tad more0 -
Hi Fred
Have you updated all your creditors with your new address? They should report the change to the credit reference agencies they are using. It's also a good idea to make sure you have updated your address on the electoral roll and with any utility companies.
By doing this your credit file will be updated, it usually takes around 6 weeks for the changes to show but could take a little longer.
Best wishes
Susie
