Sainsburys Bank - Customer Service

Hi everyone has anyone used these before?
They have one of the worst customer services I have ever come across. After a financial irregularity with my balance I requested some further information from them.
After been told there was nothing they could do they finally told I could have copies of past statements but i have still received nothing.
Also they are not not responding to any of my complaints anymore. This has now been going on for over two months.
Absolutely shocking customer service.
Does anyone know how I can progress this further?
Thanks all.

I agree, terrible service. 1st reply to complaint they tell me they have 8 weeks to reply. 8 weeks later, nothing.
Keep plugging away using the online secure message and phone, well phone if you can get past their security questions that is, for example "who did you open an account with in 1993?" How am I going to remember that! 0 -
Try raising your query on their social media accounts (facebook, twitter etc). Companies are sometimes more responsive when social media is used.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

They do tend to just reply with a standard phrase though, so nothing useful.0 -
Thanks all. I will try tweeting them. In my experience the more you slate them in the public domain the most they respond!0
