Electoral roll caution on credit file

I've just checked my credit file and it shows cautions for the electoral roll. I've been registered to vote at my current address and previous two addresses going back 10 years. Does anyone know why this might be showing?

I'll hazard a guess (though I may well be wrong). It may be that you are registered to vote at both your new address AND one of your old addresses.
I checked my Equifax statutory report earlier this week and spotted that an address that I lived at over 3 years ago was listed as my current address. Additionally the electoral roll icon was flagged up orange (all others were green). I was listed as being on the electoral at both my new and old address.
I contacted Equifax and asked them to change the current address to where I actually live. Hey presto, once they'd updated my details the orange electoral roll icon turned green."The problem with Internet quotes is that you can't always depend on their accuracy" - Abraham Lincoln, 18640
