Should I change estate agent?

You can't see in the house / I can't see in neighbours but I can see in neighbours garden / they can see in mine from upstairs bedroom.
It doesn't bother me too much as I don't look out at them & I'm sure they have better things to do then look in my garden.

Although this was new build there are a lot of similar size / price Victorian terraces in the area all of which would be the same.

In this area you'd need a huge budget to find a garden that isn't overlooked. A friend lives in a lovely detached house with large garden & even then her neighbours can see her garden. Her house is worth £300K more than this!!

I guess I either wait until someone views who isn't bothered by it or I reduce the price!!!128553;

Most houses are overlooked by neighbours. Unless you live in the middle of a field in a detached house you are going to have someone who can see into your garden. It sounds like an excuse to me.

Thanks, you're right.

It is probably an excuse & they didn't know what feedback to give. More likely a case of just not for them & no particular reason except didn't feel right.

I know if / once this sells there are a few I'd like to see. I already know I like the area / size / condition of houses from RM / knowing area & as I'll only buy one the reason I don't the others will be just because I got a better feeling about the place I choose rather than anything in particular.

I know this month is always slow so hope it picks up in September & I'll re-assess then (change agent / reduce price / take off market - need to think what's best to do).
