PCN issued in old disabled spaces

Hi,
We have been issued a parking ticket from Elite Managment (Midlands) LTD whereby our car was parked in a space which had previously be designated for disabled use. The car park was repainted a while ago and during this time the disabled bays were relocated to a different area of the car park. They were freshly painted as were all the other lines but these spaces were not repainted and have drastically faded. Having previously spoken to a parking attendant (Name not known) he advised us that we are okay to park in these spaces as they have been moved to another area of the car park.
Can anyone offer any advise about appealing this ticket?
I do have a picture but don't know how to attach it.

Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread
Go there now to learn about the game you are now caught up in
If you study #1 in the FAQ You will see why you don't need any further advice in this thread as advised in #2 above0 -
I cant seem to see anything related to faded parking space markings.
That would come under inadequate signage during your PoPLA appeal, which is covered in the NEWBIES, but you aren't at that stage yet.
The NEWBIES tells you that every case is the same, and therefore you follow the guidance and send the one size fits all template you will find there.
If/when it is rejected, then you make a PoPLA appeal.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

And one of the first lines in the NEWBIES FAQS thread says:Q - ''I have read the NEWBIES thread but cannot find anything specific to my case...my case is different''.
A - NO IT ISN'T. YOU DO NOT NEED SPECIFICS. FORGET THE DETAIL, MOST CASES ARE ALL THE SAME.
Who cares about faded lines, read the NEWBIES thread and appeal at the right time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
