    Have a look on Rightmove to work out what your competition is. If there are any houses in better areas or bigger that are cheaper than yours then they will sell first. Your price has to be competitive. It has to look good value for money for someone looking to buy a house or they won't even bother to look.

    They just compare the prices of similar houses, and most are restricted by what their bank will lend anyway.
