Barclays Investing ISA - a no go?

Hi there, considering consolidating accounts but not sure if it would be a mistake...
I am terribly disorganised. I have a few thousand invested with Hargreaves (when I find my login details!?) and invest £100 per month. I have accounts and savings and another investment ISA all over the place and I lose things. I am thinking of moving my help to buy isa and investment account to Barclays as I have a bank account and a Barclaycard with them. The £4 a month minimum fee seems really high when it is 4% of what I am investing.
Is the fee far too much to make simplifying worth it? Does anyone use Barclays for investing? The platform has some terrible reviews

Up to you how much you value consolidating everything into one place but personally I'd toe the MSE line of generally aiming to minimise costs, and banks' own investment products are notoriously poor value for money.
If you're disorganised, perhaps it would be worth using one of the account aggregator tools to keep track of everything, or even just a spreadsheet?0
