M&S switch - do they require account details in application?

I know my bank details just not my card number until next week - will they ask me for it when I apply? If so I'd rather wait under next week when I return home.

Are you talking about the details of the account you are switching from? If so, then no. You have three months, from the date of account opening, to register for the switch, to satisfy their conditions of their promotion.

Switching to M&S bank is done through a web form which is completely separate from the current account application. You actually have to wait until the account is open before you can even talk to them about switching. As mentioned above you have 3 months from opening the account to finalise the switch to be eligible for the switch bonus - so don't feel the need to rush if you don't know all the details. Don't forget your DDs either!
