Claiming Back Credit Balance on Igloo Account
I've just checked my Igloo account, to see that we are in credit by just over £103! I'd like to have that returned to us as our current DD more than covers the monthly bill, and I can't see any good reason why Igloo would need to hang on to that amount of money. Account has never been in debit.
I've contacted Igloo, and am waiting for a response.
