Can this be pursued

Hi, I had a pcn 14 May 2018, appealed by 28 May 2018 by email. Appeal rejected by email 5 June 2018 advising I would receive a popla code which never arrived. Have not received anything else to date. Can this still be pursued..

Depends if it's a BPA Firm! Which PPC?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Are you sure there is no PoPLA code in the appeal rejection letter?
    Please check again.

    What car park was this?

A whole week has passed since your earlier post.
You may need respond a little quicker as everything is time dependent in this game.

If the initial appeal rejection letter was dated 5 June and it actually did contain a PoPLA code, then you are now too late to appeal to PoPLA anyway.
