No. I checked Barclaycard Visa rules and there's a separate section for claims under £100. And the retailer is in China masquerading under a co.uk website. Fortunately they have agreed to a refund including the £15 return postage.Cheers,

It may have been a grey area in 2018 but a document from IATA in 2019 states that a "battery pack" or "power pack" is treated as a battery and not as a device containing a battery. Search for "IATA lithium battery shipping guidelines"
I am trying to return a Li-Ion battery to a supplier in the Netherlands - as far as I can tell it was despatched to me in the regular post. The PO won't take it, UPS won't take it and the DHL website (without yet knowing what the package contains) is quoting £34.0
