Bluewater disabled parking

in June i went to bluewater with my husband and my daughter. We both have disabled badges. We parked in a disabled bay, but my daughter was really unwell having a hypoglycaemic episode (she is a type 1 diabetic), so we left the car urgently to seek some glucose to remedy the situation. unfortunately my husband has suffered…

you have much to learn, its not a fine for starters.
Secondly have you any hard record of your call to/from blue water stating its been cancelled?? such as an email, or letter in the post? or do you only have the memory of what was said to you on the phone?
