I'm a member at Fitness first Solihull and use this car park. I use the gym on a daily basis and enter the car registration into the system in reception.
On 5/8/18, I totally forgot to do this and realised halfway through my workout. I went back to reception to enter the details. Yesterday I received a PCN with the reason - 'whole period of parking not paid for' and a image of the car entering & leaving the car park.
my question is, what will happen if I totally ignore it? court action? bailiffs? I intend on speaking to the gym tomorrow but I doubt they'll be able to do much.

Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving
You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving
The ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you0 -
Why would you ignore it, seeing as I bet the sign at the Gym does NOT say the VRN has to be input within a certain time, and you can get the Gym Manager to cancel it anyway?
And PP are in the BPA = POPLA is available.
And PP are not very litigious even if you lose at POPLA.
Why would ANYONE on this forum ignore a scam that can be beaten by compaint?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
