I am going to Court over a disputed parking charge. I have been issued with the evidence papers and photographs. The photographs relate to a different person, different claim number, and different car. Possibly a GDPR breach !! There are no photographs of my car. Will this act in my favour with the court ? The witness statement relates to my case.

If they haven't got evidence to prove their case, they should lose. This should be all over inside five minutes. I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. Those shown in the example Costs Schedule, in the NEWBIES thread 2nd post. You need to put your own together and no need to ask on this thread, just copy the example and adapt it, and serve it in time (a couple of days before the hearing) to the claimant and the Court.

All of the above plus, don't feel the need to tell them before the case. It is for them to prove, not you to disprove.
It will likely be a last minute discontinuance as if Gladstones don't check, their "agent" will though that will be the night before. The "agent" may not even tell Gladstones as they will want their appearance fee.
