Ukcps parking fine

Hi,


Someone Foolishly appealed parking fine instantly and it was rejected a week later.
paid for parking and displayed what They hought was the ticket but it seems only a receipt of payment was issued.
proof of this and proof of payment- argueing that was not issued the correct ticket to display.
Do they now still ignore the letter saying still need to pay the £60 within 14 days.
going to assume the answer will be YES. but They would like someone to clarify for peace of mind.

Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread

Go there now to learn about the game you are now caught up in and how to deal with this

You will see throughout the advice never to reveal who was driving

You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving

The ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you

You are now in the wait and see/debt collectors stage

Ignore everything except court correspondence or a lbcca

If it comes to this then come back for advice on how to defend this in the FAQ at the time
