the RK can complain to the lead adjudicator
but its rare for them to change the outcome
in which case MET have 6 years to try an MCOL0 -
I'm surprised you're asking this Althehibby, you've been around on this forum for years. What next? I know they dont do court, but the RK is wobbling.
The simple position is to pay up or ignore. Ride it out for 6 years hoping (expecting) that MET won't issue court proceedings. Then it's all over.
You can have a bit of a dig at POPLA, but it's been a pretty fruitless pursuit previously with much clearer evidence of procedural error than in this case. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks both. I only asked as I wasn't sure if the RK had a case with POPLA.
They have now looked at different route. Best not say on here.
Thanks all for your help.0
