Convayencing - what they should and shouldn't look into?

Has anyone bought a property with really tricky deeds, or a freehold property with complex estate management charges? We have ALOT of questions that we have put to our solicitor but they are trying to claim alot of them aren't legal points/don't have an impact on the house purchase (they definitely do!).
I get the feeling they are trying to wiggle out of the work of digging into alot of these things - it is VERY complex. This is our first house purchase so just trying to understand how much I can push it or how much really is within the remit of conveyancing. When I had the original quote from them I did make sure I clarified whether this was an 'all in' quote and I was told it was, and that anything to do with the purchase of the house would be covered.

What!!!8217;s the issue? Why so complex? Is it freehold? Estate management charges are becoming more and more common.
Might seem complex to you but maybe to them it is not and is normal.0 -
If you're having doubts about this conveyancer already, I'd suggest choosing a different one that you can have some trust and confidence in. Preferably a proper solicitors firm with experience of the type of enquiries involved.0
