You need to get other quotes, but as someone that does this for a living, its not off the mark.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

We are having our separate toilet and shower knocked through. The old toilet area will become a huge walk in shower and the rest of the space will have bath, basin and toilet. We will supply all fixtures and tiles but our quote includes strip out, plaster boarding and skimming, plumbing/electrics and floor and wall tiling, £3,500. The same builder will also be doing our kitchen extension, and has completed work for friends and neighbours to a very high standard.
Hope this helps!Starting Balance August 2016: £170,199.00 | Remortgaged August 2018: £212,000.00
