You will have expected that letter
Do nothing and you will geta rejection. Or jsut debt collector letters, which is also ignorable.

Hi

I can not reply to the email as it is unmonitored. I was also expecting this to be thrown out as they did not send a Notice to Hirer or any of the supporting documents required. Are they already in breach of the POFA requirements?

I'm concerned about ignoring it but also not willing to pay or spend to much time on it.

Further to previous post I am willing to pay if it is going to get messy and time consuming. Just after reassurance I suppose.

Well theyre not even using POFA. Theyve told you that, in para 1.

Why would they throw it out? They dont get paid then. You realise they are only in this for money, nothing else?

Yes I fully understand they are only in this for the money, I assumed it would be thrown out on the assumption they did not provide the required documents within the required time limits.

Can you explain your reasons for advising me to ignore this letter and any debt collectors letters i may receive in future?
