l am retired and living in thailand i have been paying my credit card from my english bank account i left over a year ago and still owe £12000 but i have now ran out of money i have a home in thailand can the cedit card company take me to court in thailand i have a company in thailand which is my home as english people cannot buy land but a company can what rights have the credit card company got in thailand with credit debts from england
