Thanks, I wouldn't expect them to be logged at point of entry but would assume they must get scanned somewhere in the system when being routed just to locate address and valid postage, the same as stamps are checked for validity letters routed to the local sorting office, can't all be sorted by hand. I know you can cancel the online postage prints if not used so there must be some kind of tracking whether they've been used or not even if its not readily available to most within the PO.
