Help with credit report

Options
Hi,

I had a Payday loan from payday uk in June 2016. I’ve started paying a few debts now but can’t find this anywhere. On my credit report the balance of the Debt shows DA and 0 balance and shows under the settled area of my account since January 2017. Balance was 2600 prior to this and I am wondering where this debt has gone? Other accounts I had that were passed on show on my report under the collection agency name so have been contacted. I have checked both noddle and Experian.

Thanks

Hi Muzbo and welcome to MSE,

It is strange that the new owner of the debt has not reported anything yet, however, you may find that it does show up in due course. If you want to start dealing with this ASAP you could contact Payday UK and ask them who they sold the debt onto as you would like to deal with it. You could do this as a short email/ letter so that you don't actually need to deal with anyone on the phone.
