Thanks Keith I have replied to the LBC then they sent me another reply with all the documents that i requested (pictures of signs and where they are situated,each individual parking charge, and various other stuff) stating that I wont be answering till these are provided, but now should I just wait then to receive the claim or should I respond saying im not going to pay?0

Wait patiently for a Claim Form from the County Court Business Centre.
Do not ignore that Claim Form. Post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread explains exactly how to deal with it.0 -
Hi this has now gone to a county court claim and have received it in writing can anyone give me a email for someone for advice service had one before but cant find the email, he was a user in here who said would assist me thanks0

What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?
In my opinion, you would be unwise to be paying anyone to fix this for you - if that's what you were hinting at in your latest post.
