Back at the beginning of august my bank didnt reply by the date given by the court. i rang the court and they told me i had won the case and i was to send in a request for judgement for them to pay up. this was sent same day. 3 weeks later i had a letter from the court saying all cases are stayed. (and the date was backdated a month) SURELY if i won this should be paid and not put on hold??? if i hadn't off replyed my case would have been thrown out, this is so unfair!! i have been fighting my cases since february!!
