Re: spam post, now deleted.
The rules of the Forum preclude pitching for business.

As mentioned above, one.com do a good deal... hosting plus free domain. Install wordpress and use a free theme. If you want to customise the theme more or you are unsure how to set it up, just find somone on fiverr.com to do it for you. You!!!8217;ll be up and running for less than 20 quid. Plus there!!!8217;s loads of free plugins on wordpress.0

MSE does not allow its forums to be used to pitch for business.0 -
Even though it is, regardless of pitch, a viable option for the OP? Surely that rule is to prevent spammers, but I literally answered his/her needs.
So can I repost the solution as a neutral party without saying I built it?0 -

As it happens, one of my business involvements is in exactly this area, so I know exactly what the issues are.
I'm happy for you to say that a small, local web development company could do everything the OP wants and may not even be as expensive as the big players. Plus it'll likely come with a human face.
There - I've said it for you.0 -

I pay £3.70 per month (incl VAT) for hosting for 5 main domains with unlimited subdomains, unlimited bandwidth and unlimited email accounts.
Has cPanel with one click Wordpress installation, along with countless other CMS options and apps.
Also has a free website builder included in the package.
Domains are currently about £8 per year + VAT (.co.uk), but worth shopping around for those. Remember that you don't need to use the same people to buy the domain from as for hosting.
Sorry wordpress support is literally you phone them up and say make me this that the other on the wordpress site, but you can also do on a normal site0 -
For free hosting the other options are Wix , weebly I have not used them personally so you got to check them yourself.0
