Why did we get Council Tax Liability Reduction of 20%?

I've just been going through some previous council tax correspondence and noticed that for one year we received a Council Tax Liability Reduction of 20%. Anyone know what is is or why it was applied to that year but not previous years? We are just a regular married couple with 2 kids and can't think of any circumstances…

As all councils process council tax reduction different I would give them a ring but all it means is you are getting 20% off for that period - if there is any listed
