AFerry.com..... tell the world they have an award for customer service YET.
There is no contact telephone number or email addess on their website.
You have to write for any chance of getting in touch.
I booked a ferry on DFDS in a week ,yet have no tickets, no confirmation and no contact despite writing to them first class, recorded delivery.
No chat live line....... nothing.
Problem is I forgot which email address I used (I have several), and their ' Forgot your email' button doesn't work either.
DFDS won't talk to me as I didn't use their site to buy. We sail (maybe) on 16th August and still have no answers,
ANYBODY GOT A PHONE NUMBER????
Cheers

Can you create another account and message them explaining the issue, it seems they favour their internal message system.
Has the money been taken from your payment method?
I found 01235 845100 on google.
They also seem active on Trust Pilot https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.aferry.co.uk with replies in the last 24 hours, perhaps try getting their attention that way.0 -
Try either
0844 576 55** or
0843 903 32**
