Hi all. I'm in the sad position of recently inheriting my parents estate. My mother was always frugal, so they had a decent amount of savings and a large mortgage free house. It wouldn't provide you with full Financial Independence, but opens up many options.

Rather than being worried about the money, use it as an tool to transition to the way you now choose your life to be.
