Office 2010 shows as version 14, if you look at Program Files (x86). Version 10 was probably Microsoft Office XP. Could you be more explicit about what you are talking, please? "Trial Offer" sounds like Office 365.
I installed Office 2010 on this 'new' second-hand PC a couple of days ago, without problems.
Yes my PC shows Office 10 as Office 14 also. I've tried several times to install it but it fails and refers me back to microsoft store to get 365. I downloaded this from my old PC (Windows XP) which some kind soul on this site told me how to get for free and I've used it successfully ever since so thats why I'm Back again trying to get another freebe for Windows 10.Trying to learn something new every day.
