    Hi All,

    Just to give you a quick update that I won my small claims case today. The builder realised I had him by the short and curlies and offered to pay in monthly instalments. I challenged this and the sheriff ordered he pay me in full. So one battle won, now it’s just a case of getting him to pay......

    I also know someone else in the same boat with the same guy so will let them know as they should be able to go after him on the same basis.
