Neither QDR nor ZZPS issue claims and they can be ignored.
You assume wrong. You pay nothing for that.I was assuming I might have to pay them a 'reasonable' cost for their adminPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks, it’s good to hear this. I am worried though because of that recent Cardiff case where the judge upheld that those doctors and nurses had to pay £128 each ticket (when the original PCN was £20). They are not listening to me when I’m telling them that I did not receive these letters because they went to my old address. I would never have allowed it to get this far! Naively, I was hoping they would be reasonable about this but instead I get haughty letters from them as above.0 -
you should also watch the 2 videos of the MP,s debating this whole issue , one was 02 feb this year and the second was in july before parliament broke up
not ONE mp spoke in favour of a PPC or the sc@mmers like the debt collectors and the solicitors , some were named and shamed
the MP,s in england , wales and scotland are completely and utterly fed up with the whole thing , so much so that the Sir Greg Knight bill is going through parliament

you need to be aware that the whole industry is a sc@m and is shameful, then you would start from scratch and view these sc@mmers the way we do , not one of them is legit or above board, you are dealing with modern day d*ck turpins who hide behind falsehoods and p o boxes etc
get up to speed and treat them as the sc@mmers they undoubtedly are0 -

Do you know what/who caused the Judge to add huge costs for unreasonableness?
And I will NOT say 'allegedly' because it's in the transcripts as reported from the court room itself (someone who sent me yet another a ranting threat only last month, to add to my collection):

Hmmm. Read the transcripts and you will see. No more comment needed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Brilliant- thanks for this information! They really ought to be ashamed of their behaviour0 -

Brilliant- thank you. I’ll have a good read of these transcripts in the morning with a fresh head. The scamming these companies get up to remind me of the PPI scam. I wonder if in the future, once the law changes, will people be claiming back unfair charges from these dodgy debt collection companies like they do now with PPI... I hope so! We need some justice!0
