been with these 2 years never run up a massive debt (maybe £50 last year), paid £48 a month, im £31 in credit now they decided to put it up to £69 a month....so i rang them, sorry we cannot reduce it , once its set we cannot reduce it, basically there is no one in the company who reduce it!!!!, gave me some bull about customers racking up a big debt last year, and winter is round the corner, so they will manage my dd monthly for me. I thought these were one of the better smaller companies,
