Land of leather

Looking for advice

We got 2 brown leather sofa's from Land of Leather delivered in January. We noticed around a few months ago that there were patches of orange appearing under the brown on one of them.

We contacted Customer Services who sent someone out, who did a report, informing me that our sofa were indeed faulty and that the brown leather dye had not been sealed properly.

We had them out last week to repair it and already the problem is recurring.

Am i now entitled to ask them for a replacement or refund as ive given them the chance to repair and that hasnt worked?

If they refund can i ask them to refund both sofas?

I paid by credit card, will i be covered by section 75?

Thanks

PS ive pm'd MK girl who had a similar thread
