Gandys not free flip flops
Comments

After complaining to the ASA, I received an email back saying my complaint has been upheld. Prior to that I received a second pair of shorts from Gandys that I hadn’t ordered!!!!! I contacted Gandys customer service & informed them of their despatching error. I had to return both pairs of shorts as they were never a 32” waste. They will be sending out another pair of shorts of the correct size, oh and also a free pair of flip flops. Will Gandys address the issue of being unable to enter more than one code on their website? I wait to see. And how many customers are in need of recompense because of this error? So to those who objected & ridiculed my original post, if you need help with your future consumer issues, please don’t hesitate to contact me.0

Have they also insisted that Gandy's employ mediums who know customers shoe size so they can send them the right size when they don't add them to their carts?
I'm also glad the resolution is the same as the one you posted 5 days ago, thanks for the update!0 -
I suspect he'll keep posting until someone congratulates him on his great consumer crusade.0

A Quick search on the ASA rulings page which shows all rulings whether upheld or not to the public show absolutely ZERO rulings against Gandy's0

Alan Hudson was my go to for consumer rights help since the 17th., I shall have to remove him from my list...
Not even a mention in the casual 'informally resolved' section!0 -

Don't belive that for one second. No chance would it be received, investigated and resolved this quickly.0 -
