Indigo pcn - railway car park

I’ve read through the newbies and still a little unsure

apologies if I’m doing this wrong but just need some advise

I’ve received a notice to keeper through the post due to a recent pcn. I’ve previously received a pcn’s from this car park and paid it. So I assume this is where they have got my details from.
Since then I’ve been told not to pay any from indigo and visit MSE. How would be the best way to appeal. Also I’m probably due a couple more NTK to come through the post too so good to get an understanding on how to deal with multiple

Thanks in advance

use the blue text appeal, appealing as KEEPER (not as driver, do not reveal who was driving to anybody)

    INDIGO will reject the appeal

if this was a station car park then bylawks apply so you string it out past 6 months, as the TOC (not Indigo) could issue a penalty notice and go to MAGISTRATES COURT with it (but not after 6 months have elapsed)

the TOC never do this step

as there is no POPLA APPEAL available then its just a case of toughing it out past 6 months and paying nothing at all

there are several threads that explain this sc@m , so if you dont understand it then read more of them until you do (this is not about "what happened on the day")

you previously posted in one of them , where the sc@m was exposed in post #1, so read it again please

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the House of Commons recently

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
