I've clicked on the link and seen your picture:
Why don't you phone PayPal UK and ask them whether that was normal or sinister behaviour.

I did a screenshot of your screenshot as I couldn't get it to work lol
Then uploaded via TinyPic
Edit: And no, I've never had that with PayPal account before...I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Never had that either. The only thing not suspicious is the site is detected as " Secure "
As suggested above, give them a call0 -
Yes I Had this two weeks ago
I phoned them & they really couldn't understand what I was trying to explain, they sent me an email with a link to reset my password - which I did... but then that screen appeared again.
I asked her if i could send her a screenshot so she could look at it & advise me if it was real - she said I couldn't send it to her but, I could send it to a dedicated papyal email address specifically for issues like this - although they might take a while getting back to me...
At this point (after 40 mins) she gave up on me and transferred me to a different department, was kept on hold for a further 40 minutes then the line went dead.
Phoned back & spoke to someone else - who equally didn't have a clue, but said they had detected that I had logged in from a different device??
At this point I gave up, hung up and changed the password on that screen.
Everything has worked fine & I've had no problems since.
Looking back, the only thing that I could put it down to is I may have had my VPN active whilst I tried to log in, either way really poor service from Paypal staff on this occasion.0
