Couple with kids jsa?

If a couple with three kids who at the moment the husband is working. But he knows the company will soon be liquidated. He will have to claim jsa soon. The wife never worked for years, she is a housewife and full time mother. Do both husband and wife have to go and sign on together? Or just one of them? The youngest child…
