Post #2 told you what to do and when they reject your appeal, they should give you a POPLA code - provided you are within the deadlines (which should be printed on your PCN).0

Unlikely, as already indicated. Why would we provide advice that isn't correct - based on years of experience? It's not conducive to a helpful relationship when advice is seemingly not accepted.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

No point rushing. PP cases are sometimes lost at POPLA anyway so what's the rush, you will then ignore them if so, like everyone else does if you search Premier POPLA lost. And it is not a big deal.
No-one pays.
Some do win at POPLA, but everyone IGNORES that letter, so forget it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
